The response I got was astounding. The majority of you were craving an episode on this topic so here we are!

Spiritual Warfare is a concept that has gotten a lot of popularity over the last few years. It's based on the idea that there is an energy far greater than us in our field that is trying to control us and keep us in fear as humans. I know it's a crazy intense thing to talk about, but I felt like it was time I spoke about it with all of you.

In today's episode, we are exploring:

- What exactly Spiritual Warfare is and how it shows up in our global, political, and societal programming

- How the news, media, corporations, and the government play a role in keeping us small, afraid, and controlled

- What Spiritual Warfare does to our psyche and how to rewrite our relationship with fear

- The ways in which we are conditioned to be distracted, fearful, and in argument with one another

- How to gain sovereignty during these times and the ways to unplug from the fear-based belief system.

Plus I share my strong belief systems around this concept and how to keep your mental health clean, clear, and grounded in a world that is constantly full of distraction.

I share some of my tips for keeping yourself in a healthy state of mind and the way I take care of my own mental health.
