Episode 12: The Finale
For the last episode of the semester, I was able to sit down with two new BUDS interns, Laney and Maddie, to revisit some of our best foodie debates from this semester. Episode 11: Congratulations Class of 2021!
On today's episode, I was able to sit down with six incredibly talented, graduating Marketing interns; Hana, Liz, Haley, Courtney, Laura, and Kaitlyn! Episode 10: The Return of Hinman Dining Hall
On today's episode, I sat down with the Bearcat Byte's first repeat guest, General Manager of Resident Dining, John Enright, to discuss the plans for Hinman Dining Hall, which is on track to reopen this August. Episode 9: Best BUDS with the Earth!
On today's episode, I was able to sit down with BUDS Retail Manager, Chris Harasta, to discuss Earth Day! Tune in to learn about how BUDS promotes sustainability on campus, and ways that you can get involved with student groups, like the Student Culinary Council, and the Binghamton University Food Sustainability Group, to make real changes to campus dining, such as the implementation of OZZI. Episode 8: Buon Appetito con BUDS!
Ciao! On today's episode, we discuss how we are celebrating National Grilled Cheese Day and Italian Night! I was able to sit down with the fantastic Dr. Dana Stewart, collegiate professor of Mountainview and Hinman, and professor in the Romance Languages department, to talk about Italian Night on Thursday. There are so many activities to take part in at Appalachian Dining Hall (even a way to get a free cannoli), so you don't want to miss it! In celebration of National Grilled Cheese Day, make sure to listen in for a key word to get a free side of waffle fries with the purchase of a grilled cheese at Breakfast, Burgers & Beyond, on Monday, April 12, while supplies last!

On today's episode we have a special foodie debate with BUDS Graphic Design Intern, Liz Lee, where we debate which part of a brownie is really the best... the corner or the center? Episode 6: Stop Hunger - Help A Neighbor In Need
On today's episode, we discuss the Stop Hunger Food Drive, and how students, faculty, and staff can help a neighbor in need, by making a donation at checkout at most on-campus dining locations. All proceeds benefit CHOW® and the Binghamton University Food Pantry. To learn more about the Food Pantry, I sat down with student employee and intern supervisor, Matthew Pangburn. This episode, we also provide the keyword to get a free medium hot or cold brew coffee, on Monday, March 29, and Tuesday, March 30, with the purchase of any item at Einstein's. We also hear a preview of our upcoming Be You Dining post with Isolation Meal specialist, Chad Watkins! This week, we are celebrating National Cheesesteak Day and National Waffle Day. We are also joined by Binghamton University's Director of Resident Dining, John Enright, to discuss St. Patrick's Day, his family traditions for the holiday, and how he brings that positive energy to campus dining.
