It’s been a while, but we’re back! 2017 is going to be a new beginning full of chances to start new habits, including better connections in our relationships. One way we can better connect is to put down our devices! Step back, assess your usage, and make some healthy choices this year. We’re going to be detoxing in several ways during the month of January. One way is to fast from social media for a period of time.
