The National Hair & Beauty Federation (formerly NHF) was founded in 1942 and has been supporting the hair and beauty industry with all things business and legal for almost eight decades!

The NHBF is a membership organisation; a bonafide independent, not for profit, trade association who support our industry exclusively.  They have been leading the coronavirus recovery effort as a representative and advisor throughout; alongside 4 other bodies. This is not new activity; they have been lobbying support for government changes around VAT and NMW increases for years. But Covid has really provided a platform for their exposure; Hilary has been interviewed on almost every news channel and radio station and thousands of hairdressers, beauticians and technicians have been glued to their social updates after every Boris briefing.

We tied Hilary down to talk more broadly about her predictions for the industry, her 'one wish' for salon professionals and why her husband gives such good business advice! (30mins)
