This is the first episode of the year! With all of this fresh new energy about vision boards, goals, affirmations, and resolutions, I wanted to point something out. I hear a lot of women complain about dating and wanting to be married, I jokingly join in. But I notice a lot of these women have some things in common. So allow me to hold this mirror up real quick as we do a vibe check.

I know it has been a while! I just had something on my heart and I wanted to encourage someone as we wrap up this year and people are reflecting and preparing for next year.  You got this!

This episode is so special, it is in honor of Mother's Day! So many people have families, and often feel they need to give up because they have so many responsibilities. Well, I had the chance to sit with mom, wife, actress, entrepreneur, and veteran, Ruby Lee Dove, and she says giving up is not an option.
