I caught up with the OL of What A LAD James Marshall - James is an Ex professional Rugby Union player, who's now putting together some of the best content in the podcasting game after having to hang the boots up at age 32.

James takes us through his journey from the start. A young lad in rugby heaven  NZ who was always told he was too small.

He talks about the pathway he took to the top from a school boy,  all the way to earning a contract at one of the worlds biggest Clubs, The Hurricanes.

A Pathway that wasn't too easy but 100% worth it. 

We talk about his time overseas in England and Japan.

We also touch on his new coaching role and what the future holds

Jordan now plays Rugby Union for Bond in the QLD Premier Rugby Comp with his eyes on making it into the Super Rugby Competition.

Me and Jordan talk from the start. A union Schoolboy who made it to the top of Rugby League.

I Caught up with Sandor Earl

We talked about his journey to the top of NRL

The setbacks- A four year ban that seen him miss some of his best years in the game.

But it may of been one of the best things that happened to him. He moved to Thailand  set up a few businesses and worked on himself.

 We touch  on his letter to Craig Bellamy that got him a contract after those four years out. Landing him at  Melbourne Storm.

NRL Premerhships don't come around often, we talk about culture at the Storm and how that transitions into business

Living Well with Lloyd Ashley

I sat down with Lloyd Ashley, now has 150 caps for the Ospreys. 

Talent Lloyd was dropped at Aged 16 by Wales Rugby , Next stop was Bridgend College , he set some Goals and its all went to plan

Captained Wales 18s, Played 20s and has been in the professional game ever since.

We talk about a 93-0 loss to New Zealand at the World Cup, the superstars he faced that day and where they are now. 13 from the 15 players ended up going to earn full caps for the All Blacks

A ACL Injury had him questioning himself  if he would ever lace the boots again. But he says it was one of the best thing that ever happened.

He realised he needed to take in every moment and how quick it can all be taken away.

Outside of the game Lloyd has his business breaking down the stigma of Mental Health - Living Well with Lloyd Ashley.

We talk about mental health in depth, how to approach it and what Lloyds aim is moving forward with the business.

With everything going on in the world I really think this podcast is worth is a listen. If one person can talk to somebody from this I will of got my outcome :)

Matts got a very interesting listen his journey from not knowing what a rugby ball was to playing against World Cup champions South Africa, 

We talk about our time at SABRFC together many moons ago , him coming back to the UK and  how Canada made that World Cup in 2019 after missing two qualifiers. 

Matt is now Captain for Rugby ATL in the new Major League Rugby Comp over in America. We talk about the standard , the structure and about player development.

EP 4 - I catch up with Ben John AKA The Rugby Trainer.

Ben a talented sportsman, got Picked up as an Academy Rugby player by the Ospreys at just aged 16.

Playing club Rugby for his Local town and Semi Professional at Aberavon.

Ben made his mark at the Ospreys playing close to 80 Games by the time he was 26.

At the age of 26 he unfortunately had to hang up the boots due to a number of concussions. We talk about how that came about, how he dealt with it and life after Rugby

We talk about his life in London with his wife, his time as a personal trainer and now how his days look providing rugby content for small groups, online and club sessions

We talk about college and our Youth Rugby Days , A helicopter Ride that seen him sign for Neath and how much he loves his new Club Aberavon RFC
