We all have gone through seasons of grief in our lives. Not just by losing someone close to us but by losing all we had or all we knew, especially in moments where life just turned over and flipped the coin on us. Dealing with loss can be so painful. After losing my sister Joy, I have seen and learnt this to be true. I sat down with my friend,Nyawira who lost her mum almost seven years ago and we exchanged some lessons we learnt in this journey.
