In this episode we review a paper just published in the Journal of Orthopaedic & Sports Physical Therapy (JOSPT) comparing foot orthoses with corticosteroid injection. This study is an RCT with a sound methodology which should serve as a guide for clinicians on what short term outcomes to expect with both these interventions.
