Guys, this is exactly why I started a podcast. So that I could talk on subjects I cared about. I am not an expert on mental health or depression or the plethera of issues our complex brains deal with. however I am a fellow human and I've been through my fair share of ups, downs and everywhere in between. A freedom that is built on habits, a little bit of structure and planning but...freedom!
