Guys, this is exactly why I started a podcast. So that I could talk on subjects I cared about. I am not an expert on mental health or depression or the plethera of issues our complex brains deal with. however I am a fellow human and I've been through my fair share of ups, downs and everywhere in between. This is a bit of a sleepy episode ie I was shattered and simply needed to get the thoughts out. If someone can relate and feel inspired or encouraged then I can't ask for anything more.

This week I present 3 of my most hated myths in the fitness industry. I'll be talking about why cutting carbs, hailing breakfast as the most important meal of the day and how the fear women have that lifting weights will make them bulky is complete BS.
