SHEESH! In this episode of Beyond Ambitions, Hans and Lorenzo explore the conyo culture, a sub-culture so popular and engrained in many. They explore the history, the memes, the comedic effects it has, and how its roots began and will possibly continue to carry on as we move forward. From history lessons to initial derogatory roots, to finally a culture and meme where everyone can relate and laugh at, conyo culture is dissected and understood from angles that tend to be left unexplored.

In this episode of Beyond Ambitions, Hans and Lorenzo bring in another guest, a good friend of theirs, Joel, who chronicles his journeys and perspectives into achieving the medical ambition and completing the journey throughout. With Joel ending his pre-med journey and soon to formally begin med school, the trio discuss expectations, what it takes to get there, their endgoals, and the current medical system in our society and the caveats that shape how we all view medicine as a whole. An episode full of laughs, new perspectives, and future ideas leads to one of our most in-depth episodes yet.

They also talk about their disappointments for the season, their flawed expectations, and even look back to a simpler time before today.

GET THAT MD BRO! In this episode of Beyond Ambitions, Lorenzo and Hans bring in a special guest, Kim, as they delve deeper into the inner caveats of life in med school. With Lorenzo and Kim both currently in med school, they explore their initial expectations before starting, how these have shifted through the initial stages of their journey, and how and what they do to cope and adapt with the shifting landscapes, while Hans gives his thoughts as a man through the looking glass of med school. 

Back from break, Hans and Verge return in time for spooky season and talk about something that bothers not only them but a lot of us: our fears. They discuss their different fears, what makes them feel these fears and why they exist in the first place, and how they deal with them as the tendency to creep into their lives and whether or not it is justified as something rational. Along with this, they reminisce about the small to big aspects of their fears, and what they do to overcome the stigma found within.

Ah food, the essence of the gods, and for Hans and Lorenzo, reminders of savory memories. The pair talk about their favorite foods, restaurants, and more. From the memories stuck to these dishes and food places, to the vast flavors of different cuisines, their discussion on their favorites reach far beyond the menu.

In the third episode, the gang bring in their first guests on the show: two old friends from high school, Taña and Rafa. They reminisce a great deal about how they were back then and how much they have grown in becoming what they are today.  Moving beyond, Taña and Rafa talk about their shared passion for film, with Taña talking about how his enthusiasm for the art of film relates with his goals in architecture, and Rafa narrating how he uses his passions for visual storytelling as a forefront towards creating his first film.
