Fasting helps the hormones in your body get regulated so that you start to understand what your body is saying to you. It helps to regulate HGH, Human Growth Hormone, which is essential for your body to perform at an optimum level! But get this, fasting helps to control blood sugar and blood pressure by reducing Insulin in your bloodstream! You will feel better and most importantly your insides will thank you for the love you are showing them. The very first episode of Big Boi Koncepts! This episode talks about my journey of losing over 105 pounds and how I'm still morbidly obese but continue grinding.
