Ya girl took herself on a little adventure for her mental health. Did way more physical activity than I planned on, so I made up for my exhaustion with some of the best food I've ever eaten in my life. With special guest and my favorite foodie, Julie Patterson!

*Spoiler Alert: I didn't eat Deep Dish Pizza. Sorry, not sorry.*

She's ranting and raving, and, once again, all over the place. I owe an apology to a bunch of influencers for last week's episode, and I owe myself a lot of apologies too. But I'll start when Tyra Banks has to start paying reparations. Kidding. Kind of.

It's a frustrating time in the fat community on social media when the spam calls are coming from inside the house. Gentle reminder that you are worthy of all good things just as you are right this moment.

I want to stop delaying joy and feeling like I need to have it all figured out right this second. I'm not everyone's cup of tea, so I'm just going to enjoy the ride.

Happy New Year, babes! Let's talk about last year's parting gifts and why resolutions are out...at least, for me anyway!
