Everything we say to ourselves, our brain reacts to that. When you talk to yourself with love, you will grow and blossom. If you feed yourself crap..well..you'll start to feel like it.

Stop fighting with yourself, at your expense for other people. It's either you or them. Do you choose peace or turmoil?

We are always defensive in some manner, but when do we stop? When do we feel confident in ourselves or our value that we are at total peace? Lets talk.
