Season 10: EP 5: Overcome Fear with a Service Mindset
It is common for fears to be self-focused. Am I going to look good, sound good, and be impressive?
Those are legitimate concerns, but they might overshadow another concern: Am I going to serve well? If
we can focus on the service, it can lessen the impact of the self-focused stressors. A service mindset is
not only helpful, but it can also help us relax. Our primary purpose is to help, to provide valuable information
and/or insight to our audience.
