Steve talks about how he was introduced to the developing field of athletic training during the 1970's. At the time, sports medicine was nowhere near the level it is today, and Steve is able to recall the various medical and technological advances during his time working in the field. He also recounts his time at USF as an athletic trainer during the 1975-1977 seasons, helping athletes such as Bill deal with their injuries. After his time as an athletic trainer, Steve shifted his focus to orthopedics and medical technology, a field in which he is still working with today.

Bill and Stan recount their favorite memories together with the New York Knicks, where Stan began his career in professional sports as a public relations intern. Working his way up, Stan was able to work in the Knick's front office from 1982 to 1987. Derrick discusses growing up in New York and learning the game of basketball from his father. He recalls his time in high school where he was named to the 1990 McDonald's All-American Team. Derrick eventually made his way onto the University of North Carolina's basketball team under coach Dean Smith where he was able to win the 1993 NCAA National Championship, as the Tar Heels defeated Michigan and the Fab Five by a score of 77-71, in the title game. After a long playing career, Derrick took up coaching, landing an assistant job at Columbia University. He served for three seasons as the associate head coach at San Francisco, before following Head Coach Kyle Smith to Washington State after the 2018-19 season

Bill and Kevin discuss Kevin's basketball career, starting from his early days in high school to his time at Michigan State, ending with a long prosperous NBA career were he was both an NBA All Star and Champion. Kevin recalls his favorite memories during his time in the league and offers advice on how he was able to have such a long career. During the 2004–05 season, Willis was the oldest player in the league at age 42, and he would continue to be until his retirement at the conclusion of the2007 season at the age of 44. After his NBA career, Kevin focused his attention to his  clothing business, Willis & Walker which produces specialized clothing for big and tall men.

James discusses picking up basketball relatively late in his high school career, not playing his first official basketball game until his senior year. He was given a chance at Washington State and progressed rapidly, leading him to get drafted by the Seattle Supersonics in the 1979 draft. Bill and James touch on James' decision to defer the NBA and start playing in professionally in Italy, before returning for his stint in the NBA. After his playing career, James started up a physical therapy clinic, inspired by his many injuries that he sustained in the NBA.
