A “Mixed” Bipolar Life

This is – hopefully — my last episode. Learn how I become very stable and yet still find some cycling and denial of depression where raising my dose has increased my stability overtime.

Know that we're not able to respond to reviews so I had to do this podcast. There were multiple people who gave me low scores complaining about "clicks,” “dry mouth” etc. It's because I have Tourette's guys which I had discussed and at least one of my podcasts and it's listed in my description. Those were not aware, vocal is one of the required symptoms to be diagnosed with Tourette's. I can't help having a neurological disease just as you can't. * I would Love is some of you can change your reviews or some others can make it up with some positive ones. ☺️ ….
