If I Said It, Then I Meant It

In this episode, I do some real reflecting on my life, experiences and lessons I'd gathered along the way, because what are we if not stuck if we remain the same and don't practice introspection? I encourage you guys to do the same and make your own list. You may not publicize your own list like I did, but it helps to see and read a physical list of the ways you've improved and found an even better version of yourself.

This episode is all about being brave and being open to experiencing new things and new people, because finding your person isn't always so linear, which is what leads us to the main focus of this episode, which is the "erotic novella come to life" way that I met my now boyfriend!
