The 2020 NFL Draft has come to an end. Boy, that was an interesting one. The Eagles pass on Justin Jefferson & select Jalen Reagor out of TCU. Then make a controversial pick for a QB in the second round. Today, I, Cody, give you my quick take on how the NFL Draft went on my very first solo podcast. Did Howie Roseman do an awful job? Well the move that we feared has happened. Malcolm Jenkins is not returning to the Philadelphia Eagles while Jalen Mills and Rodney Mcleod do return. We did not see this coming at all. In this episode, we discuss the recent moves the Eagles have made and try to understand the direction Howie Roseman is going and try to make sense of it all. Howie has made it clear that he wants this roster to get younger, however in the process of doing that, a trend of sustained success hangs in the balance with all these roster moves that trend towards getting younger and less experienced. 

The sports world has ended temporarily, we give you our takes on what is going on in the world. Have no fear though,  Free Agency is just a few days away! Cody finally gives us his reasoning for not doing a solo podcast (sorta) and we talk a little about Byron Jones again, subscribers, make sure to keep Cody honest on his promise! This free agency could be the wildest we've seen as Eagles fans in a long time, not just because of the Coronavirus  and how its affected every major sports organization, but because of how different this team could look like by OTAs. We have no idea what the Eagles are going to do, but its all exciting. 

We are back! Cody and I catch up on all the recent Eagles news. Given our busy schedules and lack of new information due to the off-season being in literal purgatory for the past few weeks there wasn't much for us to give to you. We talk about the future of the potential departure of Jason Peters, our HOF left tackle and the potential of LeSean McCoy coming back home as well as the potential of the mega deal that Byron Jones may get from the Eagles.

Congrats to Andy Reid and the Kansas City Chiefs, this was the first Superbowl I have watched in a while that I could legitimately root for both teams. In this episode we speak briefly about the Superbowl, Amazon's "All or Nothing" series and how incredibly important this off-season is for the Eagles and the Doug Pederson era to sprinkle in youth while keeping "key" veterans. This off-season will show us whether or not Howie Roseman truly believed in his off-season speech or he was just giving the fans lip service.

You have heard my comments about the hit on Carson Wentz, the hit that took us out of the game and ended our season. Now you'll hear it from my partner Cody, who was personally at the game. In the twenty years of rooting for this team, I have never felt such heartache and anger from how our season ended, off a dirty hit that the NFL has refused to do anything about even though former players such as Bart Scott and James Harrison have gone on national television and said the exact opposite.
