OR are you a Manager in your business, and are you outsourcing the projects that you don't need to do yourself, leaving you time to work ON the business not just IN the business. Perhaps you're already the CEO of your company, and you're looking at the big picture and making decisions based on analytics, finances and goals. Write down every single task you do in your business, no matter how small or big, and take stock of what you're doing. What can you outsource? What do you enjoy doing?

Top tips from Jenni: 1. Book half a day each week—your CEO day. Ask yourself: "Am I doing this in the best way for the business?" "Is it adding value to the business?" If not, get rid of it. 2. What are the things in your business that you want to keep doing because you're enjoying them? 3. What do you want your business to look like in the future?
