This Black Bear Has 28 Minutes Podcast is a natural next step for The Black Bear Review Magazine founded in 1995. Episode #1: "The Blue Hair and Cat Ears Edition" (Pilot working title) is produced by Bre Harwood and features the ideas and voices of students, writers, poets and literati from the West Kootenay.
