She has worked with ESPN since January 2020 and has produced several sports shows on the network- MLB, College Football, Sportscenter, ESPN E60 and Little League World Series to name a few. Raya is originally from Monticello, Arkansas and a proud Broadcast Journalism graduate of the University of Arkansas. Before ESPN, Raya spent 4 years at Fox Sports in Charlotte, NC producing Nascar, College Hoops, Super Bowl, and UFC. Raya also has a podcast called "No Handouts, Just Work" where she encourages women that anything is possible with hard work and dedication. After graduating from Prairie View A&M University, she packed her bags and headed to the DMV from Dallas, Texas. While there, she worked as a promotion and social media assistant for Radio One Baltimore and hustled as a freelance creative strategist and personality.

Since returning back home to Dallas, India is now a digital producer for the Rickey Smiley Morning Show. She has also started a platform called The Journal Entry where she combines her love for creating content and journaling to promote self-improvement.

Nakia Stephens is an award-winning screenwriter/filmmaker born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. She is a graduate of the first public HBCU in Georgia, Savannah State University, where she studied Mass Communications with a concentration in Radio/Television Broadcasting. During her undergrad tenure, Nakia also Studied writing in Shanghai, Beijing, and Ghana. After receiving her degree, Nakia went on to work and study screenwriting in Los Angeles, California. Her travel and studies helped influence her love for storytelling so much that in 2014 Nakia decided to be the master of her own fate by creating the Damn Write Originals screenwriting Label. Nakia is an avid champion for Women and People of Color and as Founder and Chief of Content for Damn Write Originals, she is devoted to telling authentic and purposeful stories. Abigail “Abby” Loth is the creator of Women Empowerment 101 and a sought after speaker, mentor, and trainer. Failure is just another stepping stone into greatness, with Ashley Nicole, Sports Journalist for iHeart Radio's #TheGreekZone

Born and raised in New York, Ashley Nicole Moss is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Florida Atlantic University with a BA in Multimedia Journalism. She started her television career in 2015 (while still in college) at SFL-TV, The CW as an entertainment correspondent. From there, she became a sideline reporter and then quickly, co-host of ‘Generation Nexxt’, a youth football show on NBC 6. In addition, she’s reported live from multiple Orange Bowls, interviewed Pat Riley and starred in/produced in various sports documentaries (one award-winning). Currently, she can be heard as the co-host of iHeart Radio’s “The Greek Zone” weekdays @ 2PM on 940 Winz.

Ashley gave us top requirements to make it in radio and on air TV; she also shares with us the value of failure and how her path brought her to where she is today.
