With everything going on right now I love to see the shift that is happening within the black community! It's refreshing and gives me hope that REAL change is on the way. I usually talk about specific topics but I wanted to take the time to just celebrate and give praise to US. Despite some negativity and distraction that does come up, the support for the fight against racism in this country is beautiful to see and I'm in a season of celebrating the positive instead of always harping on the negative.
I had the pleasure of having a much needed conversation with Jasmine Alexander about the Mind, Body and Spirit and how taking care of yourself ALL the way is so important. With the coronavirus and racism hitting our country pretty much at the same time we have to protect our energy and well being. This episode is based around lifestyle and Jasmine and I give you insight on how we address our minds, bodies and spirits on a regular basis.
