Paris Roubaix in review with Sarah Gigante
In this latest The Domestiques episode, we dive headfirst into the chaos and charm of Paris-Roubaix. Tomo, Tils and Hollywood break it all down - buzzing over the iconic race where the reining World Champs smashed it, taking home the unique cobbled trophy. But that’s not all – we're super psyched to have Sarah Gigante join us, and she’s nothing short of amazing. From her reflections on the nail-biting races to her own rollercoaster journey in the cycling world, Sarah gets real about what drives her and the hurdles she’s leapt over.
We chat about the incredible vibe of the women’s race (only its fourth run and already unmissable), dig into the gritty details of the men’s race, and even geek out over Black Sheep’s latest Aero jersey drop. Sarah’s insight is gold, sharing tales from her Euro racing adventures, her massive training loads, and even her April Fool's pranks – yep, she's got a sense of humor to match her pedal power.
Beyond the laughs, we also touch on some serious stuff, like the need for better safety measures in races and the heartbreak of crashes. All that - and more - in the latest episode of The Domestiques.
