Blood Sisters Reunion Special
Boo bitch! We met up back in June & talked about some things. Did you miss us?
Watch Along: As Above So Below (2014)
We've talked about it pretty much through the entire podcast, now watch it along with us. Is this our final episode of the podcast ever? Even Old Deuteronomy couldn't say...
Watch Along: Cats (2019)
Wanna watch Cats?
Watch Along: Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory (1971)
Watch the 1971 classic Willy Wonky and the Chonky Fonky along with us, as we talk about the true unsung hero of this film Mrs. Bucket.
Alien Covenant (2017)
Here we are again, doing the podcast.
Prometheus (2012)
Hey y'all, it's been a while. Here's a recording of us from the not too distant past. We talked about a movie for way too long, honestly. Maybe we'll do it again some time, who knows?
Code 8 (2019)
Turns out, Ethan Hawke & Uma Thurman DID meet on the set of Gattaca. But that's not the movie we're talking about here. Get ready to have a bunch of shit not mentioned in the title spoiled though, because that's just what we do here. Oh yeah, and we're also going to spoil all of Code 8 (2019).
The Butterfly Effect (2004)
We're keeping Amy's birthday going with another favorite, The Butterfly Effect (2004)! Let's chat about all things time travel, chaos theory, & tragic knowing glances to end a movie with.
Donnie Darko (2001)
It's Amy's Birthday again, and for this time around we watched Donnie Darko (2001).
Alien Resurrection (1997)
Hey podcast buddies. Are you still listening? Were you ever listening? On this episode we talk about Alien Resurrection from 1997 but really we're just screaming into the void. Sharing our time with each other, sharing in this common interest of horror films, but really just finding an excuse to connect. Maybe in listening to this you might feel more connected to us, I hope so. It's likely this podcast will be forgotten shortly after the three of us die. So this is all temporary, but it always was. So enjoy it if you do. Make a drinking game out of all the things we routinely repeat in these episodes. While you're listening scream back at us and tell us our opinions are garbage, a lot of the time that's true. So let's bask in this short time where we all can meditate on this strange sci-fi film from the nineties.
Freaks (2018)
We're back once again to celebrate our Lord & Savior, Emile Hirsch. Come with us down a new rabbit hole & watch the origin of a super villain.
Climax (2018)
Happy episode 69, everyone! This week we're talking about Climax (2018) for obvious, name related reasons. This movie really didn't pull any punches. You should probably buckle up for this one. It is going to be a real bumpy ride.
The Autopsy of Jane Doe (2016)
What up, dogs. As Erica so delicately put, "we're cutting up a girl this week." That's right, folks, we watched The Autopsy of Jane Doe. It gets crazy in this movie so hold on to your knickers. Is that how you use that word? I don't know exactly what knickers are. Whatever, this movie is wild. Come listen to us poorly explain it ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Pandorum (2009)
We watched Pandorum (2009) because why not?
My Friend Dahmer (2017)
We're back, along with the ghost that haunts our apartment & audio feed. This time we're talking about Jeffrey Dahmer so if you don't already know, expect it to get dark. Like, really dark, dude. Definitely not for the faint or weary.
Alien 3 (1992)
Woah, welcome to Alien 3: Hypercube. Wait. No. That's not right. Come with us now on a journey through time and space.. Hold on, that's still not it. Well, it is Alien 3 (1992) that we're talking about this time around. We're in space again and Ripley is still the baddest bitch I know.
Locke & Key (Season 1) Mini Episode
Sometimes you go on a tangent that lasts so long, you just slap some bumpers on it & call it a bonus episode! We're all having a time right now, eh? The world's a crazy place. Why not listen to a little bit about a show we really obsessed over recently?
Watch Along: Contagion (2011)
Ever wondered what it's like to watch movies with us? Probably not, but we made it happen anyway. Watch Contagion (2011) along with us while we're all quarantined due to a real life virus (thanks COVID!), and listen to us get progressively more weary & horrified as it goes. Get ready to be even more worried than you ever thought you could be & listen to Amy mumble "Uh oh" at every turn. It's a real doozy of a movie, so if you haven't seen it, we advise caution with this one.
Leprechaun Returns (2018)
There once was a series of flicks. With a creature who loved playing tricks. In space and the hood. They were mostly no good. And at least should have ended at six. If that limerick didn't make it clear, we finished off this franchise and watched Leprechaun Returns (2018). Did it need to be made? No, probably not. Was it made? Yes, and we watched it and talked about it for over an hour for your listening pleasure.
Aliens (1989)
Blast off with us into literal aliens. But also the movie Aliens (1989). You should watch the movie instead of listening to this podcast. Who even reads this? If anybody is reading this: help me I'm stuck in a box, and I don't know the combination to get out. Can somebody call my mom and tell her where I am?
Deadly Detention (2017)
You know MarVista Entertainment? That company that puts out, like, a million versions of the same Christmas movie every year? Yeah, well, they made a horror movie too. And wow, there is a lot to unpack here. Spoilers ahead, but be honest, you weren't going to watch this one anyway.
Alien (1979)
The gang watches Alien (1979), but find themselves at a loss for words to describe how they feel. Instead they guess Erykca's favorite Tom, and figure out who would play Jonesy the cat in the remake.
Valentine (2001)
Join us while we talk (and don’t) about the classic 2001 horror film Valentine. Plus Amy decides what season she wants to die in, comes up with a doom metal band name, and suspects that Joel has plans to murder her.
Piercing (2018) & Lords of Chaos (2018)
We're back & it's Joel's birthday! *air horns blow in the distance*
We're all talking about a couple of recent horrors to celebrate, Piercing (2018) & Lords of Chaos (2018). Strap in & prepare to hear about what kinds of rats we'd like to be in another life, which Culkin is our favorites, & who would play the cast of Piercing in the musical remake.
