In honor of Mental Health Awareness month, the ladies of BP take a flight with behavioral scientist Leona Buhenzire. Too often mental health and mental illness are used interchangeably, yet the two are conceptually different. Join us as we unpack this and the effects of one's environment on their mental health.

On this impromptu trip, the ladies decide not necessarily to cross borders, but to explore the status quo with relationship. Unlike our usual cultural discussions, on this episode we just take some time out to chat.
