37. Grow your slow, gentle & profitable business w/ Astrid Bracke

Are you ready to lead a slow, gentle, and profitable life? Join Astrid Bracke and Nathalie Daudet as they explore setting boundaries in life and business, cyclic awareness, and the unexpected gifts of cycle charting. They'll talk about how to make your life and business fit YOU instead of the other way around, and how connecting with and listening to your body can be a game changer when it comes to setting yourself up for success.
Astrid thinks there is a slower, gentler, and more profitable way of running your business and she is here to share strategies on how to grow your business from a place of energy. As someone holding a PhD in English Literature with a background in academia, Astrid has learned the importance of tuning into the wisdom of the body in addition to the mind. She loves reading, tea-drinking, and plant collecting and can be found at her website, www.astridbracke.com!
