In this episode, Harriet and Jenny continue to talk about module 10, feeding and eating. The episode focuses on thinking about communicating and coaching for rigid rules and compensatory behaviours including overeating and purging. Roadblocks to recovery from an ED can present themselves in many forms. Two of the most difficult are: Rigid rules around eating and Compensatory behaviours.'
