Welcome to our offseason video podcast series! This week we feature Joe Jackson of the site Feed the Post as he sits down with Casey to talk about Purdue and college basketball in general heading into the offseason.

Purdue is in the Final Four, so that means the return of the Boiler Upload Podcast. For this special edition of the show Travis sits down with Jacey Zembal of The Wolfpack Central to discuss both Purdue and North Carolina State making the Final Four for the first time in over four decades. They also discuss Satruday's big matchup between Zach Edey and DJ Burns.

Casey is back on the Boiler Upload podcast and he has another great guest in advance of a huge Big Ten game in Madison on Sunday. Drew Hamm of Badger Notes stops by to talk about the Big Ten race and Sunday's game.

It is IU week, so that means a lot of coverage of one of the best rivalries in all of college basketball. In this episode Casey Bartley talk with Dylan Sinn of the Fort Wayne Journal Gazette about the Boilermakers and Hoosiers.

It has been a while since we have had an episode, but we have dusted off the old Boiler Upload Podcast to invite Dylan Callaghan-Croley of hte Penn State Rivals affiliate to come on and talk about the Nittany Lions before they come to West Lafayette this weekend.

Purdue and Arizona are slated to play in the Game of the Year for college basketball this Saturday in Indianapolis, so Casey has invited on Troy Hutchison for Arizona's Rivals affiliate GoAZCats to talk about this showdown.

This week we have a rematch of last year's Big Ten championship game as Purdue heads to Ann Arbor for the first time in 12 years. It is a tremendous challenge, as Michigan has not lost a Big Ten game in over two years. In this edition of the Off the Tracks podcast Kory and Travis discuss:

- The Wolverines and their No. 1 ranked defense. 

- The various weapons they have including J.J. McCarthy and Blake Corum.

- Kory provides the story of why he played sparringly at the Big House in 2007. 

- We also discusses the memorable win over Michigan in 2008.

Saturday's trip to Lincoln was a tough one for Purdue, as the Boilermakers fell 31-14 on a day when the offense was quite punchless. Travis and Kory are here to discuss:

• Hudson Card had possibly his worst game of the season. What did Kory see from him?
• Is it time for a quarterback change after Bennett Meredith had a series this week?
• Kydran Jenkins, Dillon Thieneman, and Nic Scourton were bright spots on the defense and even combined for a defensive TD.

After a week's absence Kory and Travis are back and ready to talk about Purdue football. The Boilermakers are coming out of the bye week after a tough loss to Ohio State. It was a time to get healthy and prepare for a home stretch that features four games that Purdue can handle. This week we talk about:

• Kory returned to campus for the first time in a long time during the Ohio State game.
• What did he see from Purdue in that loss?
• What can Purdue expect to face when it travels to Nebraska this weekend?

Surprise, surprise, Wisconsin is a strong running team as Chez Mellusi and Braelon Allen are the latest Wisconsin running backs that come in with a wealth of yards and experience. Allen in particular has had a pair of good games in his career against Purdue in the last two seasons. Those two were the focus of what Travis and Kory talked about in our latest Off the Tracks podcast previewing Wisconsin.

For the first time this year we have two episodes in one week. Kory, Travis, and Jace are back this week to discuss Purdue's first road game of the season at Virginia Tech. The Hokies are 1-0 on the year after a season opening win over Old Dominion, but they had a bit of a slow start in the win. In this episode the crew discusses:

- Grant Wells had a decent opener in his second full year as the starter at quarterback. How does he make the offense go? 

- What other quirks can Purdue expect to see offensively?

- What is Purdue's defense discussing after a rough week against Fresno State?

- What is the injury status of some of Purdue's key guys?

- Kory talks about how the focus can be better on the road.

A new football season means the return of former Purdue running back Kory Sheets and our in-season football podcast. This year we have a minor rebranding to Off the Tracks due to our contract with BLEAV running out, but we will have the same biweekly podcast with Kory throughout the season. The current plan is to record a recap podcast on Sunday nights for a Monday morning release, then record a Wednesday night preview for a Thursday release. 

This week Jace, Kory and I take a first look at Fresno State and what the Bulldogs have to offer as they come to West Lafayette for the season opener. We also talk about some of the surprises that came out on the season's first depth chart for Purdue and what Kory's expectations are for Devin Mockobee as he enters his sophomore season. Finally, Kory offers his prediction for week one.

As usual, this is a fun, conversational podcast taking a candid look at Purdue football. 

There is not a lot of new news this week for our podcast as we enter the period between fall camp for football and regular practices in advance of the opening game. As a result, we took to Twitter to see what you wanted us to talk about. Credit to reader Robert Baker for the majority of these suggestions, including:

The action on Purdue's campus is starting to ramp up as there is less than a month to go before football season. This week Travis, Jace, and Casey are on the podcast to discuss:

• What has Jace seen at practice?
• Casey recaps the alumni game and updates his injury status after Chris Kramer landed on him.

Football is roughly a month away, and that means it is time to stop talking about recruiting (at least for the moment) and start talking about actual football. This week's podcast is football-centric, as Travis and Jace break down the following headed into training camp:

- Purdue has questions on the offensive line and in the secondary, but there are some answers beginning to surface.

- Who is going to be delayed coming off of injury and who will be ready to go? 

- Are there any true freshman that can contribute right away?

Last week Travis and Kyle took an early look at Purdue football's offense for the 2023 season. This week is a look at the defense:

• There is not a lot of proven production, but there is a lot of depth.
• Kyle is very high on incoming transfer Jeffrey M'ba.
• Purdue has some solid pieces coming back in the secondary with Cam Allen and Sanoussi Kane.
• What will Ryan Walters' new scheme look like?
• How important is the nose tackle position in this defense?

Purdue football is a little over six weeks away. With a new staff on board, there are a lot of questions before the September 2 opener against Fresno State. As a result, this week's Boiler Upload Podcast takes a look at the offense:

- The offensive line has some questions, but Kyle tries to allay those concerns as he names his starting five. 

- The receiver room doesn't have a lot of returning production, but there is a lot of talent, so who steps forward? 

- Devin Mockobee is the star at running back, but how much will he be used and how do Dylan Downing and Tyrone Tracy fit in.

Ryan Walters has been on fire on the recruiting trail for Purdue. This week we have an all recruiting podcast with Travis, Jace, and Kyle to discuss all the latest news:

• Keonde Henry recently flipped from Boston College and is headed to Purdue as a 4-star receiver.
• Coach Walters added a big defensive back in Earl Kulp from a prominent program in Florida.
• The defensive line got better with the addition of C. Mitchell Irving.
• Shamar Rigby is another big receiver that is close to achieving a four-star ranking as well.

We're in the "patiently waiting" stage when it comes to Zach Edey. He is currently going through the evaluation process for the NBA Draft and as National Player of the Year, he is in a unique spot. Will he receive good feedback and be off to the NBA? Will he receive some tips on what he needs to work on and return to Purdue, where his NIL possibilities may be stronger than a second round contract? In this episode of the show Travis and Casey focus solely on Edey and where he is in the process, while also discussing Purdue's 2023-24 season both with and without him.
