008: Blair Dell - Fallujah, Emergency Medicine, Trauma Bags, and lots of books

Blair Dell is a retired US Navy Corpsman who served as a member of  Marine Reconnaissance, a Marine Special Operations Command, a Navy dive  school instructor, and more. After serving over two decades in Special  Operations Medicine and four combat tours to Iraq and Afghanistan, Blair  now volunteers as a member of the Washington State Patrol SWAT Team and  serves as a consultant teaching courses in Operational Medicine while  also speaking on leadership and resilience. Needless to say it was an  absolute blast to have him on the show and highly informative. This is  one of my favorite episodes so far because I think it has some of the  most practical knowledge to walk away with, as well as the most books  ever covered so far.

If you would like to follow Blair personally, check out his Instagram  @blair.dell and if you would like to get in contact with him to attend  one of his coarses or to even have him on your own podcast, email him at  bdell@bmkventures.com

We were thrilled to have the first guest of our podcast be the great Josh Todd from Buckcherry. Buckcherry has sold millions of albums with multiple hit songs over the course of their career. As a solo artist Josh has released music under Josh Todd & the Conflict, and Spraygun War. We had a fun time talking about a variety of different topics including boxing, vocal technique, self-education, true crime, and a fascinating connection to the arrest of Richard Ramirez.
