If you don't know me already, my name is Marta Tomtas and I am a Quality of Life Coach. What does that mean? Well go ahead and press play, I break down why I decided to call this episode Born To Be Fat - this podcast goes waaaay beyond health. This podcast is about shedding your limiting beliefs and gaining inner freedom, it's about personal development, self-growth, and getting curious about the person you are and who you want to become.
