The Umbrella Academy came on Netflix in 2019. It got 45 million watchers. Now we want to bring it against the granddaddy of all family team-ups--The X-Men. Adam and Mike explain the hit show and how it compares to the #1 superhero community of all time. We also come to the conclusion that you cannot own an old mansion without fighting the Soviets or Nazis. In this episode, we gush about Klaus and Number 5, while explaining that Magneto has a way better PR team than Xavier. Come join us.

 Mike and Adam talk about the greatest cartoons of our childhood in an attempt to shed some light on good shows that don't involve a sponge. Whether it's Freakazoid or Danny Phantom, we talk about the animated classics that need just as much appreciation as the yellow square.

It's criminal that these songs have not been considered, but Adam and Mike make the best case adding these 10 songs to the next Guitar Hero or Rock Band game.  Where does Weird Al fit into all of this and why is Death Cab for Cutie so underutilized? We answer those questions.

In our season 1 finale, Adam and Mike give fiery appeals as to why you should choose Marvel and/or DC. Mike defends Marvel with a childlike innocence, while Adam gives gritty reasons to follow DC. Along comes Beast Wars, a spin-off series and we think it's just as good as the original toy. On today's episode, we shed some light on SNK's Fatal Fury 2 and how it was a direct competitor of Capcom's golden egg. We explain the amazingness of the Neo Geo, the innovation behind Fatal Fury 2, and the use of their one female (Mai).  Also, we give proper roasting to Street Fighter the Movie.  As always we do a little imagination skit where we pretend to live in a world where Fatal Fury was more popular than Street Fighter.

In this episode, Adam and Mike bring the Netflix original cartoon, The Dragon Prince, out of the shadows. This three-season journey epic deserves as much love (maybe more) as Avatar. We praise the relationship of Callum and Rayla, talk about the outdated story of Avatar, and imagine a world where The Dragon Prince reigns supreme.

Did you know that in 1979, Disney had brought forth their own Star Wars competitor called The Black Hole. It was destined to shine, but bad reception left the movie buried in Disney's failure vault. Today, we talk about this movie and how it could be better than Star Wars.
