Real Dads is a self-help podcast for all dads, moms, and parents. It focuses on the importance of parental engagement in the healthy development of kids.

This first episode is my introduction. In some episodes, I will be flying solo and in others, I will have guests who are professionals, parents, or both. We will discuss how we can be better parents from different topics and angles, including preventing occupational and parental burnout, understanding kids and teens, managing kids’ screen time, coping with stress, healing from grief/loss, fostering resilience in our kids, navigating adult relationship dynamics, parenting kids with ADHD, and many more.
