“Only a fool learns from his own mistakes. The wise man learns from the mistakes of others.” - Otto von Bismarck I suppose I’m the fool going back through my archive of personal journal entries, trying to learn from my own mistakes. In this episode, I talk a little about the anxiety that comes from launching a crusade against uncertainty and the unknown. I play one of my original songs and talk about how it came out of my first episode of depression. Moral of the story - everything will be alright in due time. Thanks for listening!
