Dee Patel, the Managing Director for the Hermitage Hotel joined us via telephone to talk about the HUGE news that Jean Georges is taking over her food and beverage program. She also discusses what is going on right now as they pivot to the new restaurant.

Chad and Gracie from East Side Banh Mi come on to talk about their huge collaboration with so many amazing Nashville Chefs to benefit the Nashville Food Project.
