Understanding Anxiety
Join me as I discuss anxiety and try to help people understand what it is, and our battle against it. I will also be hosting a challenge on Instagram & Youtube called the "EffAnxiety" challenge starting on Wednesday. And for 6 months, anyone can draw a symbol and submit it to me to support our fight against anxiety. A discussion on Responsibility
A discussion on responsibility. Also answering a few questions that were asked of me at the end. There were some background interruptions in this one, so I do apologize for that. Someone was riding a mo-ped in one part, and my girlfriends dog started barking in another part 😂. It didn’t mess up the recording too bad though. I still managed to get a good one! A discussion on Success & Happiness
Just some personal thoughts on success and happiness, and the possible ways to achieve it. Don’t mind my stuttering, I sometimes get so lost in thought that I stumble on my words. 😑😂 I also think my voice cracked at some point in this podcast 😳😶😂. Remeber direction is key 👍🏻. Enjoy! I think I also forgot to mention how to achieve happiness in this segment, but to achieve happiness, work hard at what you love to do, take care of yourself and keep yourself balanced. Don't stress the small things.
