We're back! No seriously. I know last year was basically a wash for this podcast but y'all it wasn't in vain. God had to do some pruning and I had to do some growing. On this week's episode we're briefly discussing that but don't worry we're gonna get into the ins and outs of the mess that was 2021 all season long!

Back in the day I used to LOVE me some August Alsina but a couple of weeks ago his song "You Deserve" came on my playlist and I was TRIGGERED! That song is full of narcissism and I didn't even notice. Therapy has been helping me learn a lot about myself and one of those things is that in the past I've had a thing for narcissist. So let's talk about them!

Chileeee last week was a hot mess! Da Baby's wild comments at Rolling Loud Miami got him cancelled by #CancelCulture. Or did it? Cancel culture has been seeming more like twitter fingers lately so I'm just wondering is this for real? And if so, how come this same energy isn't given across the board?

So this started out as a rant about Black business owners not giving out the same respect and to services providers as they expect but then I realized that actually happens in so many spaces in the Black community. We've got to do better!

Another episode a week late but it couldn't be more fitting. This episode was recorded in advance but it speaks to the reason Bree didn't upload an episode last week, motherhood is HARD! So just listen to her vent and for the mommies out there who feel this, YOU ARE NOT ALONE.

We all know that there's a group text without our name in it, so you should just be true to you. They're going to talk anyway! On this week's episode Bree talks about how we should not get so consumed in the opinions of others. They are great to consider but not the end all, be all.

She's baaaaaaaaack! After a very long and very needed hiatus Bree is back and ready to kick off season two!
