More deeply understanding these negatively perceived notions of life can transform your entire life experience! Is hardship actually a bad thing? or just how we perceive it? Is negativity a bad thing? or just our relationship with it? is duality actually real? or how we have been programmed to believe? is darkness truly that scary.. or is this just where the light formulates its essence?

Ego, Balance and Truth..

I have been away from podcasting but I am for sure missing it.. As a new business owner and just new at figuring out my own autonomy there is so much to sift through. I am human as we all are. I love putting out content that is connecting to my current experience in life and this is one that resonates deeply.. I discuss my current relationship and perception of the ego and how we can more effectively incorporate it into our daily lives. I talk about balance and ways I attempt to balance my life in this crazy time. Lastly Truth.. although as Lao Tsu says the way is the way which cannot be told, it is still a large part of our experience in my opinion to attempt to understand it more deeply so that we can connect to it more deeply.

As Always I am super open to feedback and conversation. The goal is to grow.. together.

This was such a long overdue interview with a great friend of mine named braxton Johnson. It is so so beautiful to watch his journey and how he has evolved on his path. We first met in the Army a few years ago and we were both entirely different human beings. We weren't really close then, but now I feel like he's one of the only people who actually understands me at a deep deep level. It is so valuable to have people like that you can connect with and trust. 

Braxton has some amazing perspectives on life, existence, how to deal with fear and anxiety, technology and a beautiful new world that we both see more perfectly now than ever before.

We both agree that a version of reality that is rooted in love, oneness, unity and collective evolution is possible. We agree it can be scary to change but ultimately realize it is our duty to continue to evolve and connect in a way that truly serves our higher selves individually and collectively.
