The Biggest Grift in Human History
In this episode we discuss the Federal Reserve and it's dubious nature, how Americans are being robbed without knowing it, plus the history of how our modern Fed came to be. The Fed in its current state needs to go, and after giving this a listen I think you'll agree. I pulled much of my material from Money Masters and The Creature From Jekyll Island, two fantastic works about the Fed and its corruption.

Thank you for listening as always :)
New Feudalism and the Distribution of Wealth
In this episode we expand upon the previous discussions of economic inequality by examining the effect of deregulation on social spending and how it compares to other socialist type policies that the upper class benefit from. I also detail the inner workings of how business associations influence markets to their benefit and have systematically denied opportunity to certain groups throughout our history. There are also some thought provoking questions raised about the value of labor in American culture.
Not to worry FDR Stans! The episode also details the New Deal home loan program and its great impact on the white middle class yet devastation for everyone else. In order to understand the crises facing us it is important to address the root of the problem; we need to understand that it is not a white v black, left v right issue. The establishment is maintaining a very specific status quo while channeling our rage and frustration at the increasing hardships we face, from their policies, into identity battles over race and culture.

The Lie about College
This episode wraps up our discussion about Neoliberalism's impact on corporate culture and examines the ways in which we have been coerced into participating in an extremely unfair system. We touch on corporate mergers and the shady ways in which big business escapes responsibility. I also cover the unsavory truth about college and loans, how school is preparing us to be 9-5 laborers, and the implosion of value for a degree in any sector besides retail and corporate communications. Neoliberalism and the Reality of Our Economic Structures
In this episode I go over how the neoliberal school of thought has influenced our country for the worse. Personal responsibility is a big piece of this, placing all blame onto the individual for their own hardships regardless of the environment created around them. I explain how America has always used personal responsibility type rhetoric to justify its brutal capitalism and white supremacism, the two most important standards upheld in our status quo. I begin to analyze Amazon and the living wage, which we will dive fully into during the next episode! I hope everyone is having a great weekend and staying safe.

An Introduction to The New Federalist and Social Capitalism (Re-upload)
Right now you may be feeling outraged, frustrated, saddened, or overwhelmed by the current state of the world. I am right there with you. The New Federalist project came from a desire to look at the polarizing issues facing us and analyze the history of how America got to where it is. In this introduction I explain that to overcome the societal hurdles face us, the first step is to understand the root causes of our disenfranchisement so we can effectively address the poison at its source rather than continue reacting to the outcomes it's reaped. I analyze the original Federalist to show how America has had deep divisions from the start, bringing us to a status quo of savage capitalism and white supremacism.
I want to help us understand that the problem isn't left v. right, white v. black, even state v. federal. The struggle lies in challenging the hierarchy that has benefitted the upper class since America's inception, and the first step towards challenging that status quo is to begin thinking empathetically and extending respect to understand that we are all in this together as humans in a chaotic and challenging world.
