#26 "This is My Journey" ft Tanya Pons
This episode I sit down with Yoga Instructor Tanya Pons, a woman who's built a life for herself by not being afraid to take a path less traveled by many. I met Tanya years ago while still in high school and later in life I met back up with her in college, and even back then you could tell that Tanya was a woman with her own mind. When I was able to meet back up with her for this episode it was a pleasure to see that she had not changed all that much she still was a woman who followed her own path. Throughout the interview, we talked about how she was able to overcome her fears and how she was never too afraid to risk to archive her goals in life. We also discuss some of the pitfalls of working too long in one field when your education background is in another field and the difficulties in switching from one to another. She also speaks to the importance of finding yourself and not giving up on your goals simply because you fall off the track. The overwhelming thing that I took from Tanya is that she is a woman who finds her tribe and learns how to be an individual within that community. So what that being said please enjoy this week's episode and I look forward to hearing your feedback take care and be safe.
