In which I just basically have a quick ranting session. I talk about the Deshaun Watson suspension, the tragic talk of Freya the Walrus and end with some fun banter on the Detroit Lions.

In which I revel in the minor victory of the Mar A Lago raid, coming around on Kevin Durant's latest trade requests, and reflect on the career of Serena Williams.

In which I discuss the hypocrisy some have shown to Britney Griner, the infamous Pink Sauce and the latest Marvel news.

In which I begrudgingly discuss the footage from a school shooting, then onto the lighter fare such as Zach Wilson being in the cougar hall of fame, an elephant that went full John Wick and end with a tale from my grandfather with an unconventional lesson. 

I am back from a brief hiatus with a new theme song and a new bi-monthly schedule. I start off discussing the ongoing awfulness in this country but follow it up with some Kyrie drama and most importantly I explore the single from the early 2000s, Sorry For 2004.

In which I break news about the future of this podcast...spoiler alert it ain't going anywhere. I discuss the latest news of the world and boy let me tell you it ain't fun.

In which I pontificate on the WNBA being ridiculous about charter flights, the idiots who interrupted the State of the Union address and end with my favorite runs in music history.

In which I pontificate on the Ben Simmons-James Harden trade a bit, touch on the fledgling career of a certain Freedom seeker, and even talk about G Funk halftime being what unites us.

In which on the first episode of Black History Month i go into books being banned for being too racial and the historic lawsuit by Brian Flores. Sigh. This month has to get better.

In which I begrudgingly go over the failed (for now) voting rights reform. It's as the title suggests, very tiring with many instances of me choking on my own rage. I do offer a palate cleanser with some takes on the upcoming weekend of NFL Playoff action!

In which I finally get my voice back and I am able to pontificate on a few things such as the wild displays by Enes Freedom, a high school student who handled a racist administration and ends on something that made me smile. 

In which I give my thoughts on the Kyle Rittenhouse verdict, spoiler alert, it ain't good thoughts. I also talk about the near brawl between the Pistons and Lakers and finally give love and thanks to a very special thing.

In which I complain, rather annoyingly I may add about the officiating in the Bears loss to the Steelers but I do find time to heap praise on Justin Fields thus continuing my black quarterback agenda. I also pontificate on the enigma that is Scottie Pippen and his scorched earth campaign and of course more on Aaron Rodgers, who is so awful he made me respect Kyrie Irving.

In which I begrudgingly talk about Dave Chappelle....again, Condoleeza Rice insulting the shit out of history and my latest beef on these twitter streets.

In which I am joined by friend of the show Kevin and we go through our emotions following the downright pathetic game by our beloved Chicago Bears. We also find a way to rip onto some anti vaxxers and try to understand Kyrie Irving. Spoiler alert, we don't know what's up with that guy.

In which I wonder, in rambling fashion no less, why do we still care about Conor McGregor? I also celebrate the achievements of Big E! And ends with some lightness. It's a chill episode yo.

In which I bask in the glow of a fantastic weekend for professional wrestling, bid a melancholy happy trails to a beloved actor, and end it on a bright spot.
