She is an advocate for legislative and policy changes that benefit children, youth, and their caregivers. She founded Pegasus Legal Services for Children in 2002. Ms. McGrath has taught at University of New Mexico as an adjunct professor, and currently serves as co-chair of the Supreme Court's Commission on Access to Justice. ​

He is an educated white male with a Master's Degree in Counseling and a Doctoral Degree from California Institute of Integral Studies. He did original research and wrote a dissertation on Eco-Psychology. He is a pre-candidate analyst of the Lacan School of Psychoanalysis in Berkely, CA. He has worked for several years in Native American communities, and is currently opening a private practice in Albuquerque, NM. He is a single father of 2 kids, enjoys camping, reading, good coffee, weightlifting, and Jiu jitsu. ​
