Welcome friends! So glad you are here, this is Spiritually Fed. My desire is to share my personal life and spiritually growing experiences with each one of you to connect and relate. My goal is for you to see the how prominent the Holy Ghost is in our everyday experiences. I am hoping you can see it through yours. But overall I am just hoping to connect and grow with you on our guide to becoming our best selves in our Earthly mortal experience.
In this episode my sister Jessica and I discuss how we can lose ourselves in motherhood but HOW WE CAN FIND ourselves in motherhood by building confidence within ourselves.
She has so many great tips and pointers to build confidence! One of my favorites to build confidence is by being aware of what you are already doing naturally that you are good at. Recognize it and congratulate yourself!
Tune to hear more!

In this episode I share my experience with when I do and haven't acknowledged that sweet comfort of the Holy Ghost. When we cloud out the comfort and whisperings of the Holy Ghost, we can tend to lose that connection and voice that can help us in our daily lives.
I want to acknowledge that I am receiving that prompting so I can slow down and take more careful and thoughtful steps in my thinking, words, and actions.
It’s such a beautiful blessing to have the Holy Ghost a part of me. It’s there as a guide and strength.
I hope to recognize it more so I can express my gratitude when it has helped me through something wonderful or difficult.
I believe each prompting and comforting plea is to guide us for our good. A blessing from Heaven.
In this episode I share what I feel like my calling is where we live right now. I feel like I am called to serve in a way that will develop a love for all people, no matter the differences, cultures, or backgrounds.
I hope to see the good no matter where I am living. I want to offer and contribute more love, service, and talents to my area and phase in my life rather than waiting for the area to give me that.
My call to serve is how I want to see where I live and who I want to be right now. :)
In this episode my son and I discuss how we are striving to create good friendships and relationships by following the teachings of Jesus Christ. My son, Ronen shares how he wants to be a friend to all. He sees everyone as a child of God that wants connection or a smile. I hope to be more like this young man that is moving my heart to do good!
In this episode I have a conversation with my niece about how she is gaining her testimony during our time as a young adult. She mentions some great points about what she focuses on to keep the spirit strong in her life. When she and all of us focus on the spiritual growth we find the spirit and the ultimate goal of growing closer to Christ more prominent in our lives.
In this episode, my husband and I share an experience of how to do our best to come together rather than find the fault in one another.
I hope that we can all understand that even if we are different we can see the good and know that it’s ok to think the way we do. Perhaps it is wrong to some but I believe we are all humans trying to do our best in a world sometimes filled with confusion and the adversary.
In this episode I share how a wonderful scripture study with my family helped me remember a great key point. Jesus Christ suffered for our sins. He endured the hardest physical and spiritual pain. Because of that, we don't have to bear EVERYTHING. If we repent, follow Him and His commandments He will carry that difficult load. We can choose to have a willing heart and turn to Him for that support and love we need when the pain is too hard.
In this episode I share how I want the right reasons and principles to influence the way I am homeschooling. I share an experience where I needed comfort from my Father in Heaven after a difficult day of teaching "all the things."
I received comfort and peace knowing that when I involve Heavenly Father and love in teaching or parenting, I can teach or parent in a way where I feel less stressed.
As long as I am teaching with my heart I know I can provide the best for the children I have been blessed with.
They are just as much a teacher to me as I am to them.
Below, I linked how my faith will be holding a General Conference with spiritual messages this coming weekend. I hope you can come and listen.
I know I will learn so much on how to be a better teacher and parent. :)
April 2021 General Conference
In this episode I share the peace I have when I turn my heart and thoughts to my Savior. He is pure peace.
Even just pouring our hearts out to Him in prayer, He will light the darkest nights, He will calm a troubled heart and thought.
I am so grateful that the spirit impressed upon my thoughts to remind myself that I don’t have to do all the hard stuff or easy stuff on my own.
I can turn to Jesus Christ for safety, comfort, love, and open up to Him on what I am thinking.
We are blessed to be using our agency. Yet, agency isn’t for us to do everything on our own. Our Savior hopes we can turn to Him for direction and example. Our Father in Heaven desires us to pray to Him to share our thoughts and concerns, as well as direction.
In this episode I share an experience where I found myself impatient with some of the everyday areas of my life.
I want to recognize that all of us do things differently, but I want to show up with more understanding and kindness.
I am so grateful for the prayers I have had in my thoughts and heart on having more patience with my family and with my habits of thinking on the ways things “should” be.
My whole goal is to practice patience and be graceful with myself. I’m not always going to be perfect at it, but I hope to recognize and question areas that I feel like I am impatient in.
In this episode I share an experience with my sister, Marissa and her husband. They went through a very hard time where they lost everything financially. She shares her journey with us on how this was became more of a spiritual experience than a temporal experience.
We are all experiencing difficult things in this life whether it be, money, sickness...so much more. My sister and her husband were able to find peace when they relied on the Savior, Jesus Christ and followed the principles of His gospel.
Life is hard. Our conversation offered to many of us that we can still find peace and comfort through faith when we are experiencing something we probably don't want to.
She shows the beauty and joy that comes when trying to be her best while following Jesus Christ.
In this episode I share how a lot of the spiritual promptings we receive are directly for us. Sometimes we are hoping that we can give that direct prompting to someone else hoping it would better them.
How about we work on bettering ourselves before needing to make that change with someone we love. Let's love and understand we are all human trying to make it in the world.
In this episode I have guest speaker, Dani Jones with me. (Sorry about my audio not being the best) Dani and I have been friends since the beginning. She shares her personal life and spiritual experience where her and husband and her got into an argument. After her argument she found peace and light through reading the scriptures.
Dani's purpose is to make reading scriptures more simplified with her tips and tools. It's not only tips and tools but a way for us to connect MORE with the scriptures and use them as a guide in our experiences. Our scriptures can help us through anything. Her experience is a great example to me and to us ALL.
When she get's her podcast up and going, I will be sharing it with all of you!
In this episode I share how when we follow through with promptings we can strive to be closer to Heavenly Father. We are also drawing closer to who we want to become. I believe that when we listen to promptings we can receive more and be more in tune with the spirit. For me, as I am more in tune with the spirit I feel a desire to become a better version of myself.
In this episode I share how we have been able to experience and build faith during this winter freeze in Houston, Texas. We have all done some growing but I want to emphasize how the most growing happens in our trials. When we experience difficult trials it can be the time we soften our hearts to turn to Jesus Christ.
It's been a growing experience for sure. I pray for all those experiencing it and the officials doing the best they can to bring back the power and water.
Doctrine and Covenants 63:47
47. He that is faithful and endureth shall overcome the world.
In this episode I share that it's not about the length of your prayer. It's about the connection and the heart you can give to communicate your thoughts and feelings. Heavenly Father desires to hear from you. It doesn't need to be "fancy talk." It's about what you can give and what you can focus on in that moment. He wants the real, genuine YOU. :)
In this episode I share how to be more an advocate or cheerleader for ourselves when we feel like self sabotaging. Self love serves us SO much better. When we see ourselves in a better light that the Lord sees us as, we are able to contribute more. We bring a better spirit that we need to connect with who we want to become.
In this episode I share with you how I hear my Savior, Jesus Christ during times of uncertainty and doubt. I express that our Savior is here for YOU and I. We can each here Him through what we experience daily or by the way we listen and communicate with Him.
Check out the song that inspired this episode. "I Am Here" -Bonner Family

I feel it through prayer, pondering, and coming closer to him. Listen to hear about the experience I had where I truly felt His divine love in my weekly worship.
I love that He reaches out to us in our own unique way for us to be touched by His ender extending love.

I know the spirit is a great advocate in helping motivate all of us to show up better.
In this episode I share with you how our past mistakes can sometimes fill our thoughts with fear or doubt. It can prevent us from moving forward. When we acknowledge them, repent, learn, and become better because of them, that's where we blossom. We have the ability to blossom into better version of ourselves when we become better from our mistakes.
In this episode I share with you how to slow down from filling our "all or agenda" to be more present and connect with ourselves. Connecting through prayer and intimate internal conversations to be better we can understand who we are who we want to become. Getting to know yourself will not only help you grow and accomplish your goals but develop a relationship you need to progress and understand more of your divine spirit.

In want to try and be better in any situation where someone could possibly offend me. In this episode I share how my main focus is to bring others to Christ through the experiences I share.I hope I can be a missionary to all by...“Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself.”Love others despite who they follow. In this episode I share with you how we can intentionally choose to love ALL of God's children despite our differences, things that are said or done to us. With the Savior, Jesus Christ, as our example and learning through his teachings to be understanding, compassionate, and to see the good in one another, our love grows. We all make mistakes and have struggles. We can choose to allow that to connect us and give more love.
In this episode I share how being kind to is something we tend to not do when we make mistakes. When we choose to be nice or kind to us especially when we DO make mistakes it's more motivating to try a little better and have more compassion and understanding. In this episode I share who we are wanting to compare ourselves to.The point is to not compare but how we can become better with our best thoughts, emotions, and actions. I share an experience with my family that reminds me that the only person I want to be better with is my self.
