I speak on taking care of your mind, body, and soul. I believe all three have to be taken care of if you want to be healthy in this life. Your journey through depression or social anxiety may keep your world small, but that’s when you have to find your hope and your beliefs and to work on giving yourself more grace. It takes small steps to get through each day, but we are always learning and growing as a person. Guard your mind and heart, give yourself the gift of knowledge, find out what you love, and take care of your body, and believe in something bigger than yourself. Once you know who you are and believe in yourself, then it will get easier with time. Relationships will be so much better when you start to love yourself. But remember that relationships, even though important, cannot always be relied upon. Find yourself first.
