Busiest OCR weekend in 3 months!! Jacksonville Spartan happened! 3 races- and we bring you 3 interviews to talk about it! Jacob and Leah welcome our friend Yancy Culp back to discuss the first ever Deka mile! Then, we speak with OCR athlete and fellow podcaster, Scott Knowles who ran the trail race and the Sprint! Lastly, we pick the brains of the man behind the curtain, Mr. Garfield Griffiths- who gives us some insight on some behind the scenes decisions!
