Freedom to be authentically you alongside Autism and other aspects that make up who we are. The freedom to be within yourself with ease.
Being able to slow down and change how we respond to others. Having an awareness to see what is being presented without shame.
Prioritising our feelings with the Kiloby Inquiries, building a capacity to feel safe with feelings as they arise and understand they are not going to stay forever.
Finding peace and connection through simple moments such as checking the letterbox with presence, through feeling the sun, walking each step, noticing sounds and physical sensations in the body.
