At our age, it is important to realize that our body and mind seeks homeostasis; that is the need to keep the conditions of your physical health in a state of "same old, same old." What has made the difference for me over the last 3 months (about 25 lbs, and better strength and endurance) is a stepwise approach that respects the systems and processes that are part of our physical make up.
