Finding Calm in the Centre of the Storm
Guiding you to a calm center amongst the overwhelmed of thoughts, emotions, busyness, or life events, this track will help you come back to yourself with clarity and groundedness. Bryony uses the image of a swirling tornado to guide you there. It is a spacious track, supporting you to regain space within.
Changing Your Inner Narratives
Changing our thought patterns and the unhelpful things our brains tell us is hard work but doable, when we have capacity to access that choice, and when we have some understanding of how it works. This is a basic overview, small insight and an analogy on the work of re-writing our inner narratives and being the authors of ourselves.
