I’m talking about mentally and emotionally immersing yourself in what the desired future you want looks, feels, tastes, smells, sounds like and doing the things that keep the vision real for you.

Have you ever set a goal and when you noticed it wasn't happening, you started acting up? Or found yourself worried and preocuppied with "what if" scenarios? i.e. What if I don't reach such and such a goal or target? What will my boss think of me, my friends think of me? What would my parents and family say? What would the doubters say? I could go on.
But in this episode, I invite you to listen and consider a flight itinerary metaphor that I found very powerful during a recent international trip. I think it could be instrumental in helping you to not freak out when you feel your goals aren't manifesting fast enough.
