In 2002 Krystian Bala wrote a disturbing adult novel that made him the prime suspect in the murder of Polish businessman, Dariusz Janiszewski.  To this day, he maintains his innocence and claims that it was all just a work of fiction.  You be the judge.

Ahmad Suradji, commonly known as 'The Black Magic Killer', was a trusted and respected shaman, living in Indonesia.  Inspired by a dream, Ahmad ritualistically murdered forty-two women in hopes of becoming an all-powerful sorcerer.  After being arrested and punished for his sickening crimes, Ahmad's biggest regret was not having reached his goal of murdering seventy. 

Trimaan (Harry) Dhillon was supposed to be a national hero.  Instead, he used his military training and expertise to terrorize a vivacious young woman, Alice Ruggles, after she rejected him.  This 'hero turned zero' committed a vicious murder all because he was told he couldn't have something that he wanted. 

Lawrence Singleton picked up 15-year-old hitchhiker, Mary Vincent, in September of 1978.  Lawrence savagely raped, mutilated, and left Mary for dead.  Miraculously, Mary survived the vicious attack and helped put her predator behind bars.  Unfortunately, due to lenient sentencing laws, Lawrence was able to strike again; this time leaving no survivors, and causing Mary to face her attacker one last time.

On Sunday, October 31, 2010, sixteen-year-old Devon Griffin, came home to what he initially thought was a Halloween prank.  Unfortunately, the horror that he witnessed was real and at the center of this nightmare was a member of his own family.

How far should a parent go to protect their child?  Leonarda Cianciulli committed the ultimate crime to protect her son from the ravages of war by sending three unsuspecting women to their deaths in Northern Italy.  She believed that human sacrifices were needed as an exchange for her son's safety.  Her choices and actions after the crimes have some questioning if a mother's love was her true motivation.

What happens when you mix a vampire, a 'Sugar Daddy', a sex cult, and a coven of witches together?  You get the case of Aubrey Trail and Bailey Boswell.  These two dirtbags heartlessly murdered 24-year-old Sydney Loofe in hopes of gaining magical powers.  If it hadn't been for Aubrey's massive ego and narcissism, they just might have gotten away with it. 

In the 1920's, the United States and Canada were terrorized by a truly disturbed individual, Earle Leonard Nelson.  His animalistic urges and traits earned him many names in the media.  This beast of a man, often referred to as 'The Dark Strangler' or 'The Gorilla Strangler', would prey on the unsuspecting landladies that provided him with shelter.  He repaid their kindness in the most vile way.  

Lisa Montgomery was the first female federal prisoner to be executed in the United States in 67 years.  Lisa viciously murdered pregnant Bobbie Jo Stinnett and abducted her unborn child in 2004.  Many people debate if Lisa's life should have been spared, due to her mental illnesses and the atrocious abuse that she suffered as a child.  Was Lisa living in a dissociated state or was she just pure evil? 

Dorothea Puente was anything but the sweet grandmotherly lady she portrayed herself to be.  She filled her boarding house in the 1980's with vulnerable victims for financial gain and then callously killed and buried them in her own backyard.  This wolf in granny's clothing was a dirtbag of fabled proportions.

In 1993, the tiny village of Savona, New York, was stunned to discover the grisly murder of a local four-year-old boy.  Immediately, everyone started to search for the cold-blooded killer.  The entire nation was shocked when the scrawny 13-year-old boy, Eric Smith, was arrested for the heinous crime.  This case will make you question what an appropriate punishment is for a teenage dirtbag, and is there a time when a criminal's debt to society has been paid?

Some dirtbags don't deserve to be a father.  That's definitely the case with Jason James Radtke.  In the early morning of August 10, 1990, he committed a truly gruesome act.  Jason's crime and behavior was so loathsome that it caused a seasoned investigator to quit the police force. 

Sometimes animals are not the only predators who you need to watch out for in the forest.  Gary Hilton earned himself the name, 'The National Forest Serial Killer' by laying in wait until he found the perfect time to attack his unsuspecting victims.  Gary was arrested at the age of 61 and charged with four murders, however, authorities believe he could have started killing decades earlier. 

Shanna Golyar took romantic rivalry to the limits when she set her sights on Dave Kroupa.  Her despicable acts of treachery knew no bounds as she pursued the man whom she believed belonged to her and to no one else.  This belief led her to eliminate the competition permanently.

Theodore Coneys was given the nickname, 'The Denver Spider Man', after he was discovered living in a tiny crawlspace inside someone's attic for the duration of nine months.  Theodore brutally murdered one of the home owners and 'haunted' the house until the other owner fled.  A hero, this 'Spider Man' was not!

In 2008, James Fayed traded in his love for his wife and the mother of his children for gold.  The monster that emerged out of this self-made millionaire was a conniving beast who left tragedy and betrayal in his wake. 

Sometimes the murderer isn't necessarily the dirtbag in a case.  Fourteen year old, Cinnamon Brown, was manipulated and coerced by her own father to murder her stepmother, and take the blame.  He was happy to let her rot in prison until the truth was finally revealed.  

In 2017, two plumbers made a house call that they will never forget.  What they unclogged from the drains helped capture Adam Jeffery Strong, a sadistic man who terrorized vulnerable teenage girls in Oshawa, Ontario.  It's up to you to decide if he was a serial killer or not.

Robert 'Willie' Pickton is one of Canada's most evil and notorious serial killers.  The massive crime scene investigation for this case was the largest in Canadian history, spanning 6.5 hectares.  Robert admitted to killing 49 women and feeding their bodies to his pigs.  It would take years for this dirtbag to be discovered and held accountable for his shockingly vile actions.
