Saying no to your family members can be incredibly difficult, especially if you have a pattern of staying quiet or not objecting even when you disagree. This episode walks you through the baby steps of building up your "NO" muscle slowly so that you can eventually start to bring your no more fully to your family and so you can be happier when you're around them. When you don't say no, it creates resentment which ultimately isn't good for anybody. Learning to say no will actually help you to love your family more, because you're not betraying what you need when you're around them.

I want to apologize. I invited you to subscribe to my podcast. I promised weekly episodes and I delivered on my promise for awhile and then I stopped. Then I broke my promise.
And I can line up the excuses of why it happened but really the important thing is that I broke my promise and I’m sorry.
And I’m ready to do better.
I'll be producing a new episode every other week on Tuesdays starting next week :).
In this episode, I also wanted to give you some VALUE, not simply an apology so I'm also talking about people pleasing, how it's hurting you and what to do if you're a people pleaser.
